The Marchesini Group, a multinational company specializing in the manufacture of complete packaging lines and systems for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, will participate in PMEC India 2026, a leading event for technologies, production solutions and engineering expertise dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector.
From 24 to 26 November, at the IEML in Greater Noida, Delhi, the Group will showcase the latest solutions developed by its Aseptic Business Unit, with a particular focus on inspection technologies.Â
At Hall 10, Stand 10J08, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the NSY 200, a monoblock machine for the automatic inspection of syringes, equipped with an integrated denesting and renesting unit. Thanks to its robotic pick-and-place system, syringes are transferred to the inspection module in a single row, preventing any contact between them or with metal parts.
This section of the machine can accommodate up to 10 inspection stations to check every area of the syringe, including the flange, stopper, particle detection, fill level, needle shield, glass wall defects and container integrity through HVLD (High Voltage Leak Detection) technology. In addition, four reject lanes are available and can be customised according to customer requirements for the handling of non-conforming syringes.
Participation in the exhibition will also provide an important opportunity to highlight the role of Marchesini Group India, the Indian subsidiary that serves as a strategic hub for the local market. Thanks to its presence in the region, the subsidiary provides customers with qualified and timely support, while ensuring the high standards of technical service that distinguish the Group worldwide.
Moreover, Marchesini Group’s presence at PMEC India confirms the company’s strategy of growth and consolidation in this region. Through its local organisation, the Group continues to support Indian companies in their innovation, growth and competitiveness, fostering long-term relationships and creating new opportunities for collaboration and development.Â
